Say goodbye to CRT Monitors!
Everyone is aware of the dramatic change brought about by the shift from CRT computer monitors to LCD’s. They are just miles apart, the old CRT (cathode ray tube) displays are just about as ridiculous a proposition as you can get. They take up a lot of space, drain energy like none other, heat up the room in minutes, and give off high amounts of radiation which makes the user of computer get sore eyes. Nowadays the only useful things CTRs can do is be made into a fishtank. The amount of plastics and metals used to build a CTR is also not a great attribute of them, especially considering they are difficult to reuse and mostly just take up a lot of room in landfills.
