Thailand is undoubtedly one of the best places to buy high quality gadgets at low prices. But laptops are an unfortunate exception to that rule.
You would intuitively think otherwise since it is so close to the motherland of cheap electronics – China. However the economic trend has yet make an influence in the market of laptops and notebooks. This is especially unfortunate for the school students who have a great practical use for them. In fact combine the exorbitant prices of laptops and the low relatively low daily wage and you get a picture which does not look bright for the aspiring laptop owner.
But what I cant wrap my head around is how there can be such a wide price gap between Thailand and the States when Thailand is much closer to the manufacturing county and the economy is set at a much lower benmark…
